Deputy Hotel Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Hotel Manager to join our team at Premier Inn.

About the Role:

The Deputy Hotel Manager will be responsible for the daily running operation of all departments, including Front of House, Back of House, and housekeeping teams. This role will involve deputising for the Hotel Manager in their absence and ensuring that our guests and team are kept safe, internal audits are successfully passed, and compliance requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive commercial best practice to maximise revenue opportunities and manage controllable costs to deliver a strong business performance.
  • Ensure brand standards are consistently maintained and utilise guest feedback to increase performance against KPI targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with company standards.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure a positive and welcoming environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous or current management experience from hospitality, leisure, or retail backgrounds driven by guest service and business results.
  • Experience within F&B or food services is desirable and knowledge of food hygiene and H&S.
