Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential AV Service Engineer to join our team at Perfect Integration Ltd. As a key member of our Service and Maintenance department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service, maintenance, and support for a wide range of audio visual, lighting control, IT network, CCTV, access control, and integrated systems installed in luxury residential, MDU, and corporate sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-call service and technical phone support to clients, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
  • Perform reactive on-site service visits and scheduled preventive maintenance of systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Support installation projects as needed, including working on new and existing projects within the company.
  • Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless integration of systems and minimal downtime.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of control system programming, lighting control systems, IT networks, and AV systems integration.
  • Troubleshoot faults in IT network, AV, lighting control, CCTV, and access control systems, using technical expertise to resolve complex issues.
Requirements
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and professionalism.
  • Must have a high level of computer literacy.
  • Must have a working knowledge of control system programming and lighting control systems (including but not limited to Lutron, Crestron, and Control 4).
  • Must have a working knowledge of IT networks and AV systems integration.
  • Must be able to troubleshoot faults in IT network, AV, lighting control, CCTV, and access control systems.
