As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospitality Operations Leader to elevate our operations. The successful candidate will also oversee our prestigious wedding venues.

Key Responsibilities

In the role of Hospitality Operations Leader, you will collaborate closely with all department heads to ensure exceptional guest experiences from initial contact to final farewell. You will lead your team in delivering high standards of guest care expected in a luxury hospitality environment while remaining actively involved in operations. This position is not suited for someone who prefers a desk job.

Reporting directly to the Company Directors, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing all department heads across various locations.
  • Actively participating in all events at our wedding venues.
  • Enhancing service quality and customer satisfaction throughout all properties.
  • Monitoring customer feedback to improve our offerings.
  • Providing weekly reports to the Company Directors to ensure alignment with budget expectations and proposing actionable plans if necessary.
  • Conducting regular performance evaluations for key personnel and identifying training needs.
  • Ensuring compliance across all locations at all times.
  • Submitting all periodic reports punctually.
  • Playing a pivotal role in recruitment and staff retention.
  • Effectively communicating with maintenance and operations teams to address guest concerns and facility issues.
  • Handling customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Being present on-site during critical times while fostering a strong management team to maintain operations in your absence.
  • Being ready to assist in all areas of the business as needed and actively engaging in hands-on tasks.
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service that surpasses guest expectations.
  • Collaborating with the Sales Director to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Working alongside the Finance team to uphold financial controls and ensure key financial metrics align with internal budgets.
