Senior Project Manager - BAM Nuttall

BAM Nuttall is a leading construction company involved in a major energy project in the South West, delivering reinforced concrete, bulk earthworks, and infrastructure on one of the UK's largest projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the project team to deliver successful project outcomes and maintain high standards of professionalism.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including the client, project management, and supervisory teams, as well as the supply chain.
  • Drive quality delivery through effective planning and right-first-time delivery.
  • Establish and maintain an effective cost management system to facilitate financial control.
  • Prepare, review, and brief method statements, activity plans, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure commercial and financial management processes are in place.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record at Project Manager/Section Manager level, running a large section on a Major Project.
  • Experience working in the UK market for a Tier 1 Contractor.
  • Detailed working knowledge of the civils construction environment and forms of contract used.
  • Leadership and management capabilities commensurate with the role.
