About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Building Envelope Designer to join a reputable design company as a Project Lead for building envelope projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction within the building envelope sector and a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Produce detailed material schedules and specifications for building envelope projects
  2. Supervise and mentor junior team members to ensure they meet project deadlines and quality standards
  3. Collaborate closely with contractors and architects to lead projects from design to construction
  4. Develop and implement precise, thorough, and planned drawings for cladding, roofing, and rainscreen systems
Requirements
