  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies, upholding the highest standards of discipline and respect.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an educational setting is desirable but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and support.
  • A passion for working with young people and a flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively, with a focus on de-escalation and conflict resolution.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK and possession of a DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
