As we undergo significant transformations at Companies House, we are seeking dedicated Team Leaders for both the Intelligence Triage and Intelligence Support Teams within our Intelligence Directorate. These roles are crucial as we implement our new intelligence and law enforcement authorities.

Key Responsibilities

The Intelligence Triage & Support Team Leaders will:

  • Facilitate the creation, support, and development of teams, overseeing up to 6 Band B staff members.
  • Ensure the intelligence triage and support teams effectively manage incoming referrals and adapt to workflow variations and research needs.
  • Assist the team manager in fostering relationships across the organization and educating teams on the significance of intelligence as Companies House evolves.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to Band B staff in processing, evaluating, and researching information.
  • Oversee the workflow management for the triage and support teams, ensuring precision and timeliness.

Candidate Profile

We are in search of Team Leaders for Intelligence Triage and Support who possess:

  • Experience in research and information assessment.
  • Proven track record in managing teams in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen and appreciate diverse perspectives.
  • Capability to proactively build effective working relationships with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders.

Additionally, candidates should have knowledge of:

  • The Companies Act.
  • Policy and processing procedures.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet our nationality criteria and successfully obtain Security Check (SC) clearance, which requires a minimum of 3 years of UK residency.
