With a workforce of approximately 1350 dedicated professionals, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional, personalized care across a broad spectrum of medical services.
Position Overview
We are in search of adaptable Porters to fulfill a variety of portering responsibilities, which encompass Pathology, Housekeeping, Catering, and Post room duties. The primary focus of this role is to ensure the safe and efficient collection and transportation of materials, equipment, and specimens throughout the hospital.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-quality portering service across all departments.
- Facilitate the secure and efficient movement of goods, equipment, reports, and specimens within the facilities.
- Assist in the organization and storage of supplies in all Patient Services areas.
- Monitor stock levels and oversee the delivery of linen.
- Collect and transport pathology specimens from internal clients within the Pathology Department.
Job Details
- Type: Full-time, permanent position.
- Hours: 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled as per the rota.
- Salary: Competitive annual salary.
