Bank Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Bank Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Bank Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily living activities, such as supporting residents with their food and drink and following care plans.
- Provide one-to-one time with residents, engaging in conversations and activities that promote their well-being.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience of caring for older people.
