Job Opportunity: SEMH Teacher
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEMH Teacher to join our team at Thrive Education Recruitment Ltd. As a SEMH Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students with SEMH needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans to support student progress
- Collaborate with the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualifications
- Experience working with students with SEMH needs (desirable but not essential)
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
