Mission

En tant que Chef des Achats, vous serez responsable de la gestion stratégique des achats et assurerez la coordination fluide avec les différents départements et sites de production.

Compétences requises
  • Baccalauréat en administration des affaires (opérations, logistique) ou autres formations supérieures pertinentes;
  • Expérience significative dans un poste similaire, de préférence dans le secteur manufacturier;
  • Expérience en gestion de personnel;
  • Expérience dans un contexte d'approvisionnement multi-sites (un atout);
  • Connaissances des meilleurs pratiques en matière d'approvisionnement;
  • Maîtrise de la Suite Office et expérience avec un système ERP (JD Edwards, un atout);
  • Excellente capacité à communiquer à l'écrit comme à l'oral et bilinguisme (français, anglais);
  • Capacité de lire et interpréter des plans et des dessins techniques;
  • Sens du travail en équipe et bonnes aptitudes relationnelles;
  • Fortes habiletés pour la négociation et le développement de partenariats;
  • Autonomie, sens de l'organisation et bonne gestion du temps;
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter des délais serrés;
  • Capacité à naviguer dans un environnement en plein changement.
