About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a research project that aims to understand the complex interactions between land-use change and rainfall patterns in the Amazon. • Evaluate the representation of these processes in operational climate models and determine how the uncertainty in climate simulations can be reduced
  • Help coordinate workshops with government bodies and stakeholders in the Amazon to ensure research outputs can inform land-use planning and climate-change adaptation policies

What You Will Get:

  • A competitive salary and benefits package
  • The opportunity to work on a high-profile research project with a team of experts in the field
  • Access to state-of-the-art research facilities and equipment
  • The chance to develop your skills and expertise in atmospheric sciences and climate change research
