We are seeking a skilled Pastoral Manager to lead our team at Catch22, supporting marginalized young people and their families through individual sessions, group work, and holistic interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement person-centered approaches to support young people's academic, behavioral, and therapeutic needs.
- Build trusting relationships with young people and their families through regular sessions and visits.
- Oversee the delivery of restorative justice programs and ensure a safe and supportive environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective support plans.
Requirements
- Relevant professional qualification (NVQ level 2) in working with young people, teaching, youth and community work, social work, counselling, or mentoring.
- Level 2 English and Maths.
- Restorative Justice Trained.
- Recognized teaching qualification (PGCE/QTS) or ability to work as an UQT.
