We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager with experience in AI and Analytics to spearhead the development of groundbreaking product lines. The ideal candidate will have proven product management in a B2B SaaS environment similar to Sidetrade. They should possess hands-on experience in productizing AI technologies, including predictive analytics, machine learning, and generative AI features.
Key Responsibilities- Define, execute, and communicate the product vision and strategy for AI solutions.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs and market gaps, collaborating directly with customers, prospects, analysts, and strategic partners.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer requirements.
- Drive the prioritization and implementation of new features, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality solutions.
- Monitor user reactions post-launch, gather feedback, and iterate on product improvements.
- Serve as an ambassador for Sidetrade's product vision both internally and externally, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and customers.
- Collaborate with other product managers to identify opportunities for AI integration, enhancing user journeys and delivering maximum value.
- Minimum 5 years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with a focus on AI, LLM, or machine learning products.
- Strong understanding of GenAI, AI technologies, machine learning algorithms, and data science principles.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and ethical considerations in AI.
- Strong customer focus, with the ability to empathize with users and understand their needs deeply.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills, capable of creative problem-solving.
- Effective communicator with the ability to engage diverse audiences, from customers to developers.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Passion for learning and continuous improvement.
- Good knowledge of security constraints related to product development.
