Join East Sussex College as a Higher Education Subject Lead in Engineering

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to lead our Mechanical and Electrical Engineering curriculum. As a Higher Education Subject Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our degree programmes, teaching a wide range of subjects within Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enhance the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering curriculum
  • Teach across FE and HE, including Higher National Diplomas and BSc
  • Deliver engaging and effective teaching to students at various levels
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching methods and resources
Requirements:
  • A relevant degree in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering or Electrical and Electronic Engineering
  • Teaching experience in higher education, a focus on Engineering or Manufacturing
  • Passion for student success and innovative teaching practices
