About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Business Analyst / Manager to join our team at Client Server. As a key member of our Digital Agency, you will be responsible for leading a small team of Business Analysts and taking a lead role in requirements gathering to shape and prioritize backlogs based on value and support delivery cycles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Head up a small team of Business Analysts and provide line management to 2-3 other Business Analysts.
  • Take a lead role in stakeholder engagement and contribute to product strategy and the product roadmap.
  • Work closely with the client and software development teams to create detailed and complete user stories, attending Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, planning sessions, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Set workstream goals and define success metrics.
About You

We are looking for a highly experienced Business Analyst with expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation. You should have experience across the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering and analysis through to client hand-over, testing, and support. Additionally, you should have advanced communication skills, be confident and pragmatic with client-facing experience.
