As an Engineering Project Manager at Morgan Ryder, you will spearhead the Automation and Digitalisation agenda, driving technological evolution and enhancing safety, efficiency, and agility across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize processes and drive innovation through performance systems and Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Maintain high-quality production standards and strive for world-class manufacturing.
  • Identify and initiate machinery replacements or expansions, formulating investment proposals for senior approval.
  • Partner with Finance to produce and monitor the annual Capital budget, ensuring projects align with Capex expectations.
  • Foster open communication, effective training, and a family culture aligned with company values.
  • Lead strategic projects and drive automation and digitalisation initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Process engineering or Mechanical engineering position, within the Manufacturing sector.
  • HND qualified in mechanical engineering.
  • Relevant post graduate working experience in manufacturing.
