Brief Job Summary

As an Infrastructure Maintenance Delivery Manager, you will lead and direct the delivery of maintenance and project work within the delivery unit to standards and budget. You will drive continual improvement in safety, business performance, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and Direct the Delivery Team

    Lead and direct the Infrastructure Maintenance delivery team to achieve business and functional objectives and meet key performance measures.
  2. Identify and Implement Improvement Initiatives

    Identify and implement safety, asset performance, reliability, productivity, and efficiency improvement initiatives.
  3. Ensure Quality and Compliance

    Check that inspection and maintenance of assets is completed to standards and that safety, compliance, performance, and business processes are followed.
  4. Monitor and Report Performance

    Monitor delivery, productivity, and efficiency of maintenance and project work plans and report on key performance indicators.
  5. Manage Data Quality

    Manage the process to maintain data quality of business systems.
  6. Investigate and Report Incidents

    Act as the Designated Competent Person (DCP) for both formal and local investigations and investigate and report on accidents/incidents.
  7. Conduct Safety Tours and Checks

    Undertake appropriate safety tours, staff surveillance, work quality, and asset condition checks.
  8. Discharge CDM and Environmental Responsibilities

    Discharge the relevant duties assigned to the CDM Client (Network Rail Infrastructure Limited) in accordance with the Construction, Design, and Management (CDM) Regulations and discharge environmental management responsibilities.
Essential Qualifications
  • Experience in Maintenance Management

    Experience in maintenance management, processes, and techniques.
