Position Overview: Celestar Corporation is seeking a Technology Protection Specialist to support the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) Army Security Office (ASO) Army Research and Technology Protection Center (ARTPC) in Arlington, VA.

Job Summary:
The Technology Protection Specialist will provide engineering analysis, including Controlled Technical Information (CTI) identification, Critical Program Information (CPI) assessments, and Critical Function (CF) analysis. The specialist will also provide inputs to threat identification, security-related protection measure development, and countermeasures development recommendations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide RTP engineering analysis, including CTI identification, CPI assessments, and CF analysis.
- Provide inputs to threat identification, security-related protection measure development, and countermeasures development recommendations.
- Document results of the support and related meetings in an ARTPC assessment/survey memorandum, AAR/Executive Summary (EXSUM), in the customer tracking database, and as part of the monthly status report (MSR).
- Work with government and contractor security specialists to develop an effective Interim/S&T Protection Plan and/or Program Protection Plan and ensure the plan is satisfactorily implemented at Government as well as contractor facilities where CTI and/or CPI resides.
- Conduct CPI Surveys, CPI Assessments, Army Critical Technology – Identification (ACT-ID) methodology reviews, and Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) reviews as required.
- Develop, test, maintain, and operate a database/spreadsheet to support Cyber Incident Damage Assessment (CIDA) case management, metrics, and reporting, and provide matrix on the CIDA workload.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (e.g. mechanical, electrical, civil, chemical, aerospace, materials etc.).
- Four (4) years of engineering experience.
- Experience briefing and interacting with SES/General Officer levels preferred.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates.
- Valid US Passport.
