As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with our SHE Management System, delivering your team's scope of work within the manufacturing programme, and leading by example to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with the SHE Management System, mitigating risks and improving overall SHE performance
- Deliver your team's scope of work within the manufacturing programme, managing cost, schedule, risk, and opportunities
- Responsible for the team's performance and daily earned value management progress, taking appropriate actions to achieve targets
- Lead by example, demonstrating collaboration across multiple functions to drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
Essential:
- Extensive Production experience in a shipbuilding environment or related industry
- Experience in a senior management role
- Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing techniques
- Practical knowledge of operational frameworks
