We are seeking highly skilled Groundworkers/Reinstatement Operatives to join our Cabling team. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong understanding of reinstatement techniques, including Tarmac, modular services, slabs, and concrete.

• Reinstate SSE excavations to Code of Practice and reduce contractor expenditure.
• Work as part of a team to reinstate excavations on highways and private sites, ensuring good team communication and safe working practices.
• Deliver excellent customer service where reactive maintenance is required.
• Work in all weather conditions and to strict timescales, complying with regulations and delivering high-quality work.

• Experience with Groundworks/Reinstating techniques, including Tarmac, modular services, slabs, and concrete.
• HGV licence and experience of driving a Hotbox or Grab/HIAB lorry is desirable.
