Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare the Back of House for service, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in order.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in light cleaning duties during and after service.
  • Dispose of recyclables and waste streams efficiently.
  • Deliver food and beverages to the restaurant for waiters to serve.
  • Prepare teas and coffees to the highest standards.
  • Relay tables for events and restaurant services, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Collaborate with kitchen, floor, bar, and other departments to ensure consistent food and service quality.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing requests and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Adhere to legislative and government guidelines, including food safety and health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A hands-on and proactive approach to work.
