Senior Water Resources Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Water Resources Consultant to join our specialist team at Penguin Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality water resources modelling and planning services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement water resources models using Pywr, Aquator, and Miser.
  • Conduct water resources assessments and drought planning.
  • Review and develop water resource management plans.
  • Provide hydrological analysis and modelling support for Water Framework Directive compliance.
  • Develop control rules for reservoirs and provide operational support.
Requirements:
  • BSc or MSc in a related discipline, including Geography, Environmental Science, or Environmental Management.
  • Experience in water resources modelling, planning, and management.
  • Strong knowledge of water resources modelling software, including Pywr, Aquator, and Miser.
