Accounts Receivable Specialist - Part Time

Temporary Ongoing Role

We are currently in search of a committed Accounts Receivable Specialist to become a vital part of our finance department on a temporary ongoing basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in overseeing the organization’s credit and collections operations.

Key Responsibilities

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, your duties will include:

  • Managing the credit control process to ensure prompt collection of outstanding invoices while fostering positive relationships with clients.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to address payment discrepancies and mitigate risks associated with bad debts.
  • Monitoring overdue accounts and proactively reaching out to customers to facilitate payments.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A proven track record as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or in a comparable position.
  • Knowledge of accounts payable procedures.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or similar platforms, with Xero experience being a plus.
