Maintenance Planner Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our manufacturing plant, you will play a critical role in coordinating and controlling maintenance activity to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of maintenance activity for the sections, ensuring compliance with safety and quality expectations.
  • Develop and deploy maintenance programs using Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) techniques to drive OEE improvement and eliminate waste.
  • Provide strong support to technician teams in developing Breakdown Analysis and Corrective Maintenance capability.
  • Own and manage the SAP Maintenance system for the sections.
  • Act as deputy for the Site Asset Reliability Manager as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable track record in Factory Engineering, preferably in a Food production/FMCG environment.
  • Experience with AM/PM, Kaizen, BDA, and Maintenance Criticality.
  • Ability to train and develop technical abilities of others, with experience in formal training delivery an advantage.
  • Experience with SAP PM is an advantage, but can be trained.
  • Strong planning, communication, and organizing skills, with a self-disciplined approach to regulations and requirements relating to engineering safety and food production.
  • Financial understanding with respect to effective budgeting and management of maintenance resources.
  • Data-led analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
