Nursery Manager Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our beautiful Nursery in Witham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and education to children
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the Nursery
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and education provided to children
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards and regulations
Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years/Childcare
  • At least 6 years' experience of working in a Day Nursery
  • At least 3 years' experience of leading and supporting teams
  • Ability to inspire, energize, and support others
  • Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
  • Firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
