Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Hilton Court, a specialist care centre in Rosyth, Scotland. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to adults with mental health problems, learning disabilities, and acquired brain injury.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver person-centred care and support in accordance with individual care plans.
- Contribute to creating a positive and supportive environment, promoting the wellbeing of our residents.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent care outcomes.
- Adhere to Meallmore's standards, policies, and procedures, as well as National Care Standards.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Working towards SSSC registration requirements.
- SVQ level 2 or above/equivalent in Health and Social Care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A kind and caring nature.
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.00-£12.10.
