Executive Governance Manager Opportunity

A unique chance has arisen within the governance team of a global asset manager. They are seeking a new member to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified or near-qualified governance professional with good experience and understanding of investment fund structures.

As part of a small, dedicated team, you will provide governance and company secretarial support to a range of Funds. You will be heavily involved in company acquisitions, joint ventures, new fund establishment, and refinancing.

A competitive salary and remuneration package is on offer, along with a hybrid working policy of three days in the office and two days from home.

Key Responsibilities:
