Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calls on our system to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Coordinate operatives' diaries to optimize scheduling and minimize downtime.
  • Perform general administration tasks to support the team's efforts.
  • Plan and schedule repairs and maintenance requests to the relevant operative, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and maintain trade skill sets and location parameters to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Liaise with operatives, tenants, and clients to resolve issues and provide updates on progress.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and control of worksheets, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Work towards individual and client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with in-house and 3rd party engineers, tradesmen, and council operatives to plan appointments, materials, and logistics, and reorganize schedules as needed.
  • Organize external supply companies to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Ensure all trades are prepared and present on-site, and works are completed in-line with committed client completion dates.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, clients, councils, housing agents, suppliers, and trades to achieve project goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate with various teams and individuals.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues, ensuring timely completion of projects.
