Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled Change Communications Lead to join our Technology Transition Programme, playing a key role in developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies to support the programme's objectives.

This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and content development skills, able to navigate change in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a change communication strategy to support the technology transition programme.
  • Support change impact assessments and readiness evaluations to identify necessary communications.
  • Identify potential risks and resistance, developing mitigation plans to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communications activities, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Organise and facilitate workshops and training sessions for stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of managing communications in large-scale change initiatives, in matrix, global organisations.
  • Good understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to guide colleagues through change.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
