Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

Fawkes & Reece (North) is seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Preston. As a key member of the commercial team, you will play a crucial role in delivering new build and refurbishment contracts across Lancashire and Greater Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective commercial control of all subcontract packages, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
  • Administration of subcontractor accounts, ensuring procurement is undertaken in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Identification and reporting of commercial risks during projects to the Managing Director.
  • Attending project meetings and providing cost advice monthly.
