Speech and Language Therapist

NHS Professionals is seeking a skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our dynamic team at Berkshire Healthcare Trust. As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals of all ages find their voice and thrive in their everyday lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert assessment, diagnosis, and treatment programs for clients with complex needs.
- Work alongside other allied health professionals and external organizations within a focused multi-disciplinary team framework.
- Contribute to the development of service provision within the area of specialism, ensuring best practice across the service.
Requirements:
- Recognized Speech & Language Therapy degree qualification or equivalent.
- Registered with HCPC & licensed to practice.
- Registered member of the RCSLT.
- Postgraduate dysphagia qualification or willingness to undertake.
- Evidence of successful, relevant postgraduate study through CPD portfolio.
- Dysphagia competency.
- Relevant highly specialist experience post qualification in learning disability.
- At least 3 years postgraduate study through CPD portfolio.
