KHR - Recruitment Specialists is collaborating with a prominent distribution firm that is seeking a Junior Supply Chain Coordinator to enhance their team during a period of expansion.

This role presents a fantastic opportunity for individuals eager to embark on a career in the Supply Chain field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting inventory management, demand forecasting, and the movement of stock between various locations while assisting in resolving stock-related inquiries.
  • Aiding in supply chain operations and administrative tasks for deliveries to clients and internal sites, including managing supplier nonconformance issues in line with BRCGS standards.
  • Issuing purchase orders to suppliers, verifying delivery timelines, and following up on incoming goods.
  • Collaborating with Operations, Customer Service, and Sales teams regarding inventory needs.
  • Maintaining supplier BRCGS documentation within a centralized system.
  • Processing invoices efficiently.
  • Assisting with new customer inquiries from initial contact to successful closure, ensuring records are kept current throughout the process.
  • Facilitating customs clearance processes.
  • Ordering office supplies as necessary.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in administration or telesales is required.
  • A strong interest in pursuing a career in the supply chain sector.
  • Familiarity with BRCGS procedures is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Competent in IT applications.
  • A motivated, reliable team player with a dynamic approach.
