Preschool Caregiver

Position Overview:

• Deliver exceptional care and educational experiences to children within a dynamic early childhood environment.
• Design and execute programs that enhance children's physical, social, and emotional well-being.
• Engage with families, caregivers, and specialists to promote optimal outcomes for every child.
• Establish a secure, welcoming, and enriching atmosphere that caters to the unique needs of each child.
• Monitor and evaluate children's development, keeping precise documentation.
• Cultivate a supportive environment that ignites children's interest and eagerness to learn.

Qualifications:

• At least a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or a related field.
• Prior experience in a nursery or early childhood setting with young children.
• Familiarity with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to work both collaboratively and independently.
• A true enthusiasm for fostering children's growth and development.
• Current DBS check or readiness to obtain one.
