Watches of Switzerland Group Finance Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our Finance team at our Head Office. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing working capital and cash flow for the Group.
This role involves collaborating with the commercial team to provide support and insights on inventory utilization, as well as leading and developing a team of finance professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and implement financial models to forecast revenue and expenses.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities.
- Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of financial objectives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, external auditors, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACCA / ACA / CA / CIMA) with audit experience.
- Experience in a dynamic Retail or FMCG multi-site environment.
- Proficiency in cash flow forecasting.
- Familiarity with working in a multi-currency setting.
- Proven track record of team leadership and development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent IT proficiency.
- Hands-on approach to work.
- Strategic thinking and adaptability to change.
