Key Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Nursing Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exemplary pre-operative and post-operative care to patients.
- Collaborating effectively within a supportive team environment.
- Evaluating patient needs with compassion and enthusiasm.
- Developing, executing, and assessing care plans in accordance with clinical protocols.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient medical records using our IT systems.
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- NMC Registered Nursing Associate with no restrictions on your practice.
- Completion of a Nursing Associate Foundation Degree.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
- Previous experience in the private healthcare sector is advantageous.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and web-based reporting systems.
- Experience in an outpatient elective day case setting is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills to manage workloads effectively.
