Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Development:
Serve as a mentor to team members, enhancing performance and identifying training requirements. Oversee the motivation and development of team capabilities, ensuring alignment with company policies, including the management of performance reviews and goal setting. Ensure team proficiency by addressing skill gaps through targeted training and development initiatives, enabling staff to reach their full potential and meet business demands. Foster a workplace culture that values individual respect and adheres to corporate policies and standards. Promote a high-performance culture by actively managing underperformance for the benefit of both associates and clients. Provide guidance, direction, and support to the team while maintaining high standards of integrity, motivation, and morale. Demonstrate an understanding of client business needs, challenges, and opportunities. Manage senior-level relationships and negotiate complex placements within the insurance sector. Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Teams to identify suitable solutions and structure deals effectively. Identify suitable markets and develop strategic placement approaches. Build and nurture relationships with underwriters in both London and international markets at a senior level. Possess experience in pricing and designing innovative insurance programs. Ensure compliance with WTW's guidelines and operational procedures. Maintain effective communication and relationships with other WTW associates. Have a comprehensive understanding and proficient use of all relevant systems, including the Broking Platform.
