Neuroscience Nursing Specialist

Position Overview
Join our dedicated team at Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust, where we operate 21 Hyper Acute Stroke beds and 25 Acute Stroke beds, committed to delivering exceptional stroke care. We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Band 5 nurses to enhance our growing team, providing safe, compassionate, and evidence-based patient care. Both novice and seasoned nurses will receive comprehensive support in their professional development, with opportunities to engage in our HASU bays and benefit from mentorship provided by a preceptor and the teaching sister on the unit.
Key Responsibilities
Your role will involve delivering the highest standard of personalized and holistic patient care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. You will be an integral part of a large nursing team, working effectively to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
