About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Christmas Sales Assistant to join our team at Reiss Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our sales efforts during the Christmas and Sales periods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stock Management: Accurately pick and pack stock for online order fulfillment, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our customers.
  • Brand Ambassador: Act as a Reiss Brand Ambassador, promoting our luxury brand and products to customers and colleagues alike.

  • Attention to Detail: Possess a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the role.
