Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and advise on commercial property portfolios, including lease renewals, rent reviews, and portfolio valuations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Work closely with our team of experienced MRICS Surveyors, chartered individuals, and APC candidates to deliver high-quality services.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our property consultancy, identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement.

Requirements

  • MRICS qualification and extensive experience in general practice surveying.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial property law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
