Job Title: Business Development Merchandiser

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Merchandiser to join our team. As a Business Development Merchandiser, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our grocery multiples, ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted effectively in-store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our grocery multiples
  • Ensure that our products are displayed and promoted effectively in-store, including managing planograms and promotional activity
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel regularly to meet with customers and attend sales meetings
