Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Vehicle Technician to join our team at Octane Recruitment. As a key member of our breakdown team, you will be responsible for attending breakdowns, diagnosing issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend breakdowns and diagnose vehicle issues
  • Work on vehicles to resolve issues or arrange for transportation to a workshop
  • Identify problems and advise customers on vehicle issues
  • Perform vehicle servicing and maintenance, including electrical and diagnostic work
  • Provide exceptional customer service as the face of our business

Requirements:

  • A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrative technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
  • A customer-focused approach
  • A full UK driving license
