Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for various business units and departments, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Coordinate the collection and analysis of financial data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Consolidate financial reports and provide insights to senior management, informing strategic business decisions.
- Lead the development of financial presentations and reports, ensuring clear and concise communication of financial information.
- Ensure accurate and complete financial reporting, including revenue recognition and cost allocation.
- Manage and analyze financial variances against budgets and previous years, identifying areas for improvement.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial analysis for senior management, including country and product line profitability analysis.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in budgeting and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems, including Excel and financial planning tools.
