About the Role:

As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on a range of private client matters, including:

  • Estate Planning: Assist clients in planning and managing their estates, including estate and care fees planning.
  • Wills and Trusts: Draft and advise on wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
  • Probate and Estate Administration: Assist clients in administering estates, including probate and estate administration.
  • Trusts and Trust Administration: Advise clients on trusts and trust administration, including trust planning and trust management.
  • Inheritance Tax Planning and Investments: Assist clients in planning and managing their inheritance tax liabilities, including investments and tax planning.
  • Charities: Advise clients on charitable giving and charitable trusts.
  • Deputyship: Assist clients in applying for deputyship and managing deputyship cases.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private client law, with experience in estate planning, wills and trusts, probate and estate administration, trusts and trust administration, inheritance tax planning and investments, charities, and deputyship. You will be able to work independently, manage your own caseload, and provide excellent client service.
