About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Appoint Group. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering Patient Care: Provide pre and post-operative care to patients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with our team to share knowledge, expertise, and best practices to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Medication Administration: Safely administer medications, injections, and intravenous infusions, as well as perform female and male catheterization.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records, utilizing our electronic health record system.
Requirements
  • NMC Registration: Hold a valid NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with no restrictions.
  • Eligibility to Work in the UK: Be eligible to live and work in the UK.
  • Experience: Possess at least one year of experience working in a hospital setting, with a focus on elective day case surgical or medical care.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Demonstrate excellent written, numerical, and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Technical Skills: Be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and web-based reporting systems.
