About the Role:


The successful candidate will become a key member of the landscape team and support the landscape director in the delivery of all projects, including landscape planning and design work. This role involves close collaboration with an established team of architects, urban designers, and technicians to deliver landscape-led masterplans and development projects for national and regional housebuilders across the south and east of England.


Responsibilities:


  • Support the landscape director with the delivery of landscape planning and design projects.
  • Prepare landscape design drawings, including masterplans, hard and soft landscape drawings, and details.
  • Conduct site visits and photography.
  • Prepare LVIA related baseline plans.
  • Prepare or contribute to reports and written work, including landscape appraisals and Design and Access Statements.


Qualifications:


  • Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute or working towards Chartership.
  • 3+ years of experience working on landscape projects.
  • Strong desire to learn and develop as a professional.
  • Demonstrated design flair and technical knowledge.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a closely related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
