Cruise Planner Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cruise Planner to join our team at HHH Affiliates. As a Cruise Planner, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their cruise travel plans, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable booking experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist clients with selecting and booking cruise packages, including accommodations, excursions, and travel insurance.
  2. Provide detailed information on cruise itineraries, ship amenities, and cabin options.
  3. Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.
  4. Customize travel packages to meet clients' specific needs and preferences.
  5. Process payments and manage booking records using our reservation system.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest cruise industry trends, promotions, and travel regulations.
  7. Resolve any issues or concerns that arise before, during, or after the cruise.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in travel booking or a related customer service role.
  2. Knowledge of major cruise lines and destinations is highly desirable.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  5. Proficiency in using reservation systems and CRM software.
  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  7. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  8. Passion for travel and providing outstanding customer service.
