About the Role:

  • Lead and manage a team of site-based employees, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and transparency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve site performance, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the National Operations Manager to implement a continuous improvement culture, ensuring site KPIs are achieved.
  • Implement and maintain effective health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing site leadership role, with a track record of driving performance improvement and team development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate employees at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing techniques, including 5S and DMAIC.
  • IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH General Certificate desirable.
