About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Continuity Manager to join our team at ISS. As a key member of our BCM team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust business continuity strategies to ensure the resilience and continuity of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain business continuity plans to ensure the continuity of our operations
  • Conduct regular business impact analyses to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Lead the testing and exercise of our business continuity plans to ensure their effectiveness
  • Stay up to date with regional BC regulation requirements and industry best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the integration of business continuity into our operations
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on business continuity and resilience

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business continuity management, with a track record of successfully implementing BCM strategies and programs
  • Strong knowledge of BCM planning methodologies, tools, and frameworks
  • Ability to think critically and creatively in dynamic environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
