Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paint Sprayer to join our team at Recra Consulting. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our clients' plant machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces of plant machinery and equipment for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and filling to ensure a smooth finish.
  • Paint Material Selection: Select appropriate paint materials and colors for specific projects, taking into account factors such as durability, corrosion resistance, and aesthetic appeal.
  • Equipment Operation: Set up and operate paint spraying equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety protocols are followed at all times.
  • Paint Application: Apply paint coatings to plant machinery and equipment using spraying, brushing, or rolling techniques, achieving uniformity and quality throughout the painting process.
  • Quality Control: Inspect finished painted surfaces for defects, imperfections, or missed spots and make necessary touch-ups to ensure a high-quality finish.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to prioritize projects and meet deadlines, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the painting process.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of paint materials, equipment, and techniques in automotive or industrial painting.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of surface preparation, priming, and quality control processes, as well as the ability to match paint colors and create uniform finishes.
  • Skillset: Excellent attention to detail, manual dexterity, and physical stamina for extended periods of standing, bending, and reaching.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
